CORE CHAMPS GLUTAMINE
CORE CHAMPS GLUTAMINE 5000 MG per serving helps your body rapidly replenish the glutamine used during intense training. L-Glutamine is an amino acid that helps build, repair, and protect muscles from damage. Intense workouts and physical activity can deplete glutamine, which is critical for proper gut and immune systems.
Glutamine is an important energy source for intestinal and immune cells, increases protein synthesis, and promotes glycogen replenishment.
