- ALLNUTRITION TRI MAGNESIUM + POTASSIUM is a dietary supplement consisting of three different forms of magnesium enriched with potassium and the active pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
Magnesium - is involved in exercise metabolism and protein synthesis and maintains a constant electrical potential in muscle and nerve tissue. It can positively affect the quality of sleep. Magnesium deficiency causes muscle weakness, fatigue, impaired concentration, increased hair loss and brittle nails.
Potassium - one of the most important macronutrients – influences many of our body's processes, plays a vital role in maintaining water balance and is involved in synthesis processes, i.e. the building of amino acids and proteins.
Potassium deficiency affects magnesium concentrations, limiting its absorption and causing deficiencies. These electrolytes affect the functioning of all organs in the body. Magnesium and potassium are an ideal combination to introduce into your diet to reduce undesirable cramps.
Vitamin B6 - in the P-5-P form, i.e. the active pyridoxal-5-phosphate, acts as a coenzyme, helping enzymes to perform their functions. Vitamin B6 supports homocysteine metabolism and cysteine synthesis and positively affects the nervous system and psychological function.

Potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium malate, capsule shell (gelatine, colouring agents: iron oxides and hydroxides), magnesium diglycinate, vitamin b6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Recommended use
Take 2 capsules daily after a meal (one or two hours after eating), washing down with plenty of water. Do not exceed 1 portion (2 capsules) per day.
