Recommended Use
Add 1 heaping scoop of powder to a glass of water (480mL (16 oz)), skimmed milk, or your favorite beverage. Shake ou stir for 20-30 seconds, or until the powder is dissolved. Add 3-4 ice cubs and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Begin with one serving (1 scoop) to assess your tolerance before progressing to two full scoops. Between meals: Drink 1/2-1 serving of the product between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance and support a high-calorie diet. After training: Begin drinking 1 serving of the product 30-60 minutes following exercise/training, to promote maximum recovery. Before bed: Drink one serving 45-60 minutes before bed, providing the muscles with the necessary nutrients to recover throughout the night.
